Succulent Jar

 

July’s Container of the Month is a tabletop terra cotta jar filed with jewel-like succulents. Using succulents in container gardens is currently one of the hottest trends in gardening. Find out what all the excitement is about at this month’s workshop.

 

In the class we will discuss these intriguing plants; some of the different succulent families and genus, proper soil, planting methods, water and temperature requirements, and useful design ideas. Then we will prepare a succulent soil mix, choose 5 succulents, and plant our containers! This should prove to be a fun, informative, and creative class!

 

The workshop registration fee is $20.00, this includes all materials. The class dates are Saturday, July 5th and Saturday, July 11th. Class begins at 9:30 am. Stop by the shop to pay the registration fee to hold your spot. Class space is limited and fills up fast. Hope to see you there!

 

Kid’s Craft Workshop

Garden Stepping Stone

 

Attention Parents: Tuesday, July 22 9:30 to 10:30 Annie’s Garden Shed is having a Garden Craft Workshop for kids.

 

The artistic creation is a 12 inch mosaic stepping stone. We provide all the materials we just need kids who want to be creative and are not afraid of getting a little dirty!

 

Children between 7 and 12 years of age are welcome. Parents can participate in the class or browse in the shop. Price is $10.00 per child. We will have refreshments for everyone. Space is limited so stop by the shop and register soon!
